Safe Delivery

Take our Safe Delivery option for complete peace of mind. If your item is delivered late*, broken or lost in transit, just inform us and provide photo proof if item is damaged. We will dispatch a replacement product straight away. Safe Delivery is not an insurance but a carefully crafted digital watch dog that reduces chances of delayed*, lost in transit or damaged products.

*Australia Post may take longer than before to deliver your parcel in this current COVID-19 and extreme weather conditions situations and it shall not be deemed as late/delayed if is due to these events. See Australia Post website for latest delivery times and disruptions updates.

Shipping Area

Pulp Addiction currently only offers shipping to Australia wide within Australia Post network.

Shipping Charges

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. A flat rate of $4.95 shipping applies to all orders shipped within Australia. Use Safe Delivery to guarantee safe delivery*. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. Express delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. If you wish to make a large or commercial order, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Method

Australia Post is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination. All orders over $50 will be tracked and orders over $100 may require signature for on delivery. If no one is available at the address when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and dispatched within one business day of the order being placed. Delays can occur during busy periods, in particular on Mondays. Orders may take 3-15 working days* for delivery. However, orders to remote areas may take longer. Missing parcel investigations will only be launched after 15 working days of the expected delivery date.
