Throughout the site, the term “gift card” and “egift card” refer to electronic gift card. These terms and conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Pulp Addiction and by purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a gift card, you agree to be bound by all these following terms and conditions. If you are giving a gift card to another person, you should make the recipient aware of these terms and conditions.
- Gift cards can only be used on Pulp Addiction online store at www.pulpaddiction.com.au as full or partial payment on purchases.
- Your gift card will be emailed to the email address provided on the order. Anyone with the gift card code can redeem the gift card. If you have provided an incorrect email address or made a spelling mistake in the email address, Pulp Addiction is not liable for your error and is unable to cancel, replace or refund gift card.
- Gift cards expire 3 years from the date of issue, after which the gift card will be invalid. Any unused amount after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
- No cash advance or exchange for cash with your gift cards.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned, unless otherwise required by law.
- Gift cards cannot be used to buy another gift card.
- Gift cards cannot be bought using Afterpay payment.
- Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
- Treat your gift cards as cash, always keep the gift card code safe and secure. Pulp Addiction is not liable for any lost or stolen gift cards and is unable to replace or refund gift card. If your gift card has been lost or stolen, please notify us immediately.
- If your purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
- Pulp Addiction reserves the right to cancel your gift card if fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected or suspected and the gift card will be not refunded.
